검색엔진에 찾아봐도 글이 없어 제가 힘들었던 것 공유드립니다.

1. 와이퍼 세우기

키 온에서 키 오프 하자마자 우측 와이퍼 칼럼을 위로 올리고 계시면 (약 3초) 와이퍼를 세웁니다.

​ As soon as the key is turned off, raise the right wiper column up (approximately 3 seconds) and pull the wiper up.

 

2. 와이퍼 관절 꺾고 11 자로 세우기

세워진 와이퍼 관절을 사진처럼 90도로 꺾어주고

사진처럼 와이퍼를 제칩니다.

3. 와이퍼 훅 열기

덮혀진 훅을 열어줍니다.

Open the covered hook.

4. 아래로 살살 밀어주기

사진처럼 각도에서 아래로 밀면 u자 모양으로 감싸준 훅에서 빠져나옵니다.

If you push it down from an angle, as shown in the photo, it comes out of the hook wrapped in a u-shape.

5. 이제 각도를 살살 맞춰 위로 빼주시면 됩니다.

- 이제 새 와이퍼로 교체 후 조립은 역순입니다.

심화 과정....

고무만 교체입니다. 신차기준 와이퍼 교체 무료 횟수가 1~2회로 너무 적어요

전 6개월에서 1년이면 교체해야 하는데... 와이퍼 교체하는 비용이 너무 비싸서

고무만 교체하기로 했습니다. made in korea이고 가격도 저렴합니다. 1회에 6천 원 정도입니다.

6. 블레이드 고무 탈착하기

어차피 버릴 고무이니 쭉 잡아당기면

저 홈만 벗어나면 쭉 빠집니다.

7. 새 블레이드에 안쪽 철심 옮겨심기

사진은 못 찍었지만 뺀 철심을 그대로 새 블레이드에 옮기면 됩니다.

​ I couldn't take a picture, but you can transfer the iron core you took out to the new blade.

 

8. 새 블레이드 넣기

새 블레이드는 홈이 없는 쪽부터 아래로 살살 밀어 넣으세요.

Gently slide the new blade down from the non-grooved side.

9 블레이드 홈에 맞춰서 고정하기

교체후 고정틀에 고정

이제 완료했으니

조립은 역순입니다. ^^

팁! 고무에도 방향이 있어서 혹시 올라올 때 잘 닦이고 내려갈 때 미세한 잔사가 남으면 고무를 빼서 방향을 반대로 끼우세요!

일반적으로 자동차 와이퍼 교체 주기는 6개월에서 1년 사이가 권장됩니다. 

하지만 와이퍼의 마모 정도는 사용 환경이나 조건에 따라 달라질 수 있으므로, 

줄무늬가 생기거나 깨끗하게 닦이지 않는 등 문제가 발생하면 즉시 교체하는 것이 좋습니다.

권장 교체 주기:
6개월에서 1년 사이. 

 

교체 시기 판단:
와이퍼 작동 시 줄무늬가 생기거나, 유리 표면에 얼룩이 남는 경우. 
와이퍼 작동 시 소음이 발생하거나, 유리를 제대로 닦지 못하고 튕기는 경우. 
와이퍼 고무가 딱딱해지거나 갈라진 경우. 

 

교체 방법:
시동을 끈 후 와이퍼 레버를 최상단으로 올려 와이퍼 암을 세웁니다. 
와이퍼 블레이드 잠금장치를 해제하고 와이퍼 암에서 분리합니다. 
새 와이퍼 블레이드를 와이퍼 암에 장착하고 와이퍼 암을 원래 위치로 내립니다. 
와이퍼 작동을 확인하여 정상적으로 작동되는지 점검합니다. 

 

비용:
와이퍼 블레이드만 교체할 경우 1만 원~3만 원, 정비소에서 교체할 경우 2만 원~5만 원 정도의 비용이 발생할 수 있습니다. 

 

추가 정보:
와이퍼 고무만 교체하는 리필용 고무를 구매하여 교체할 수도 있습니다.
